At the end of each year, the hotel gives the entire staff Christmas shopping vouchers, a symbol of recognition and sharing.
During the month of Ramadan, food donations (bags of rice and packets of sugar) are distributed to each employee and to the municipality of Somone.
The hotel contributes to subsidizing the Labor Day celebration, supporting staff representatives in organizing the festivities.
